Refund Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of your order date — no need to return the product.

To request a refund:

  • Email support@viravitality.com with your order number and reason for refund
  • Once approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refund requests submitted after 60 days from the order date are not eligible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@viravitality.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you. Claims submitted after 14 days, or without supporting photos, may not be eligible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, or for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Subscriptions

We do not currently offer subscriptions. This section will be updated when subscription options become available.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, contact us first — we resolve nearly every concern directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may result in account restrictions and forfeiture of future guarantee eligibility.

Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, repeated refund claims across multiple orders, or misuse of this policy. Customers who abuse our guarantee may be restricted from future purchases.
